Marimba Christmas – Original Score from Jingle the Dog – is the first collection of Christmas tunes performed on the marimba by Christopher Paul Bishop.
The works are original arrangements of holiday classics as never heard before (along with one new Christmas composition, The Elves of Christmas Eve), with percussion and string orchestration featuring a Marimba as the primary instrument.
The music on this CD is used in the children’s classic Jingle the Dog – A Christmas Story, which is a heartwarming animated musical short about a happy and clueless family pet in a wild Christmas adventure.
